What to Expect:
All sessions last approximately 50 minutes
During the first session we typically do a thorough intake. This could include discussing your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, current health status, goals and expectations for therapy
After the first session a therapeutic plan can be created together to guide future sessions
Sessions are strictly confidential and tailored to your needs
Evening and weekend appointments may be available on request
